Thank you to all of the employees who helped make 2009 a great season!  We hope that you will return to the 2010 Cincincinnati Pool Managment team!

Rehire packets will be mailed out in late November. We assign pools on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it's important that you turn in your paperwork quickly! Check the expiration dates on your certifications, and register for a Lifeguard or a CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification course. The list of 2010 courses we are offering will be posted soon.

If you know anyone interested in becoming a part of the 2010 Cincinnati Pool Management team, please have them fill out an application which can be found under the "Employment" tab above.

Starting June CPM recognizes a pool of the month. To be in the running for pool of the month, you must have your pool looking fabulous, excellent health inspections, no problems with schedules or staffing issues, passing safety audits, and all working together as team players. Pools will be selected by regional directors in recognition of their performance and hard work.  The guards at those pools will receive a CPM Beach Towel.  GOOD LUCK!

To be eligible for the lifeguard of the month you must have a perfect attendance record and an outstanding recommendation from your manager and Regional Manager.  We will have Lifeguard of the month for June, July and August.  The lifeguard of the month will receive a Gilligan hat presented by the Regional Manager.
